Every Bit Helps Bug? - Guild Wars Forums

A friend has farmed up a bunch of the skeletons and he was going to turn them in, at some point I dont know which hes trying to turn the quest in and the NPC say "Your inventory is full. Please make room and speak to me again." But his inventory is not full and he isnt holding max cash. We've tried I think all the obvious solutions like rezoning, logging in and out, abandoning the quest and retaking it.

Wondering if anybody else has seen this before or knows a solution to it?
